Return eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. The exclusions below apply.

Request approval before sending a return

Contact Support@TrendingBargains.com to start a return. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions explaining how and where to send your package, including the correct return destination. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email your return shipping label within 48 hours. We provide the prepaid label and pay the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and nonreturnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item you have through the approval process. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact Support@TrendingBargains.com.
